  • To follow up day to day implementation plans
  • To generate plans, allocate the tasks and follow up the implementation process.
  • To lead teams, allocate tasks, and ensure the proper managing of the activities.
  • To analyze data to measure the indicators of the project.
  • To read proposals and budgets.
  • To generate professional narrative reports.
  • To pay attention to details.
  • To review databases using excel.

:Essential Job Functions

  • The project manager must Lead on practical implementation of community based programming with strong community participation and involvement
    • Responsible for project documentation
    • To follow up day to day implementation plans
    • To generate plans, allocate the tasks and follow up the implementation process.
    • Following up the project’s implementation stages in accordance with the proposal.
    • Managing the whole process and recognizing the obstacles and solving them.
    • To deal with vary data collection tools, analyze the data and highlight the findings.
    • Following the financial policies and procedures of both Violet and partner to insure that transactions are properly documented
    • Develop, manage and monitor the budget(s) related to the project according to Financial Handbook and donor requirements.
    • Preparing monthly narrative report and tracking the admin and financial issues.
    • Reviewing the project databases and ensuring that they are properly prepared.

    Responsible for ensuring that Rapid Response teams actively carry out and participate in both multi sector and sector assessments and produce assessment reports with clear recommendations on the way forward
