The submission method: The submission method is by sending the original Request for Quotation copy to the following address: Idlib City, Northern District, North of Adnan Al-Omar School, Safo Suleiman Building.
· Potential bidders are encouraged to consult Violet’s procurement team regularly for potential modifications to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
· Violet Organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Violet Organization.

تقديم العروض سيكون على النحو التالي:

- الملف الثاني معنوناً بـ (العرض المالي): ويحتوي على العرض المالي بعملة الدولار الأمريكي، ويرفض أي عرض مقدم بعملة أخرى، مع ضرورة استيفاء كامل المعلومات ضمنه حول تسعير الخدمات والمواد و التزام العارض بعرضه وفترة صلاحية العرض بناءً على النموذج المقدم من منظمة بنفسج. ويجب على المزود تسعير الوحدة الواحدة من كل بند. (يجب عدم اجراء اية تغييرات في النموذج من قبل العارض). يرجى ملء الجدول المرفق في الملحق د – العرض المالي.
- يجب أن تكون العروض صالحة لمدة لا تقل عن 60 يومًا تقويميًا. تقديم العروض سيكون على النحو التالي:
- يجب على المزودين المهتمين ارسال عرضهم بمغلف مغلق ومختوم يتضمن ملفين مغلقين ومنفصلين كالتالي:
- الملف الأول ويجب أن يكون معنونا (بالعرض الفني): العرض الفني وهو وثيقة ITB المقدمة من قبل المنظمة بعد تعبئة المعلومات المذكورة المتعلقة بقدرة مقدم العطاء و يجب أن يتضمن العرض الفني المعلومات أدناه:
- نموذج العرض الفني موقع ومختوم بختم العارض.
- نسخة من هوية مالك الشركة.
- معلومات الحساب المصرفي للشركة او لمالك الشركة في الـ PTT.
- تأكيد من العارض بأنه اطلع على ITB هذا بما في ذلك كتيب الشروط الفنية وأنه يقبله )يجب توقيع هذه الوثيقة وختمها من العارض).
- يجب ألا تتضمن العروض الفنية أي إشارة الى الأسعار أو القيمة المالية للعرض.
سيتم رفض عرض أي عارض في حال لم يرسل أي من المغلفين المذكورين أعلاه بالمتطلبات.

- تشجّع منظمه بنفسج كافة المزودين المحتملين على طلب الاستشارات والاستفسارات من فريق المشتريات في المنظمة بشكل دوري لمعرفة أي تغييرات يمكن أن تطرأ على استدراج عرض السعر الحالي أو الوثائق الملحقة.
- إن منظمة بنفسج غير مسؤولة عن أي نفقات أو تكاليف ناتجة عن الإعداد أو التحضير أو التقديم على استدراج عروض الأسعار الحالي.
- إن التاريخ النهائي لاستلام العروض هو 05 حزيران 2023. حتى الساعة 15:00 بتوقيت سوريا . جميع العروض المرسلة بعد هذا التاريخ لن يتم قبولها.
- يجب إرسال الاستفسارات في موعد أقصاه 04 حزيران 2023حتى الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى [email protected] .

The offers submission will be as the following
- Interested bidders must submit clear copies of the requested files in a sealed envelope to Violet Organization office in Idleb (Idleb city – Shamali Neighborhood – behind the faculty of Agriculture and Adnan Al Omar School) and put it into the tender box in hand

• Interested suppliers must submit their offers in a sealed envelope containing 2 separate and sealed envelopes as follows:
– The first envelope is titled technical offer: the technical offer is the ITB document after filling in the required information related to bidder’s capacity. the technical offer must contain the following:- The technical bid form is signed and stamped by the bidder.
– The Copy of the company owner’s ID
– The Company’s or the company’s owner’s account details in the PTT.
– Confirmation from the bidder that he red and accepts the technical booklet of conditions ( this ITB document should be signed and stamped)
– the technical offer shall not include any indication of the price/value of the required services- The second envelope (titled the Financial Offer): the financial offer must include the financial offer in USD currency. Any offer with other currency will be rejected. and fulfilling the whole information about the service pricing, the bidder adherence to thier offer, and offer validity period. The sup[plier should provide the unit cost per item. The bidders should fill in the template provided by Violet Organization (No changes to the form should be made by the bidder). Please fill in the Annex D – financial offer.
Any bid sent without these two above-mentioned envelopes will be rejected.
