Rehabilitation and restoration of a school in the Idlib Countryside Governorate

The offers submission will be as the following

Offers must be valid for at least 60 calendar days. Submission of offers will be as follows:

• Interested bidders must submit clear copies of the requested files in a sealed envelope to Violet Organization office in Idlib City, Northern District – Behind the Faculty of Agriculture, Adnan Omar School – Suleiman Awad Al Safo Building – Violet Organization office. and put it into the tender box in hand

1. The first file contains:

• Technical Offer which is this ITB202612001 document, provided by Violet Organization after filling the info mentioned related to the capacity of the bidder and Examples of bidder previous works with I/NGOs. The bidders are also requested to provide the evidence for the previous experience in supplying the required items or services in this ITB/NGOs such as countersigned contracts if any.
• The bidder quotation includes: Confirmation from the bidder that he viewed this ITB 202612001 Including the  booklet of technical conditions and he accepts it

(This ITB  must be signed and stamped form the bidder).

• Company’s PTT account information

1. The second fıle contains the financial offer in the USD Currency with the whole information about items pricing based on the template provided by Violet, please fill the attached table in Annex C – the Financial offer, the supplier’s should commitment about his bid in terms of items’ quality, the period of bid validation, and items pricing.
2. Important Note (Mandatory):

Each supplier must conduct a site visit to the schools during the announcement period accompanied by Violet’s supervising engineer, in order to review the required works before submitting the offer.
The supplier must obtain a signed attendance certificate from the supervising engineer and attach it to the offer.
Any bid that does not include this document will be automatically rejected and not evaluated.

2026. The site visits will take place on 15-16-17 Februray 2026.
2027. Departure will be daily at 10:00 AM from Violet’s office in Idlib, accompanied by engineer Jamil Al musa (WhatsApp: + 998903106821).
2028. The Site inspection document form is attached.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult Violet procurement team regularly for potential modifications to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

• Violet Organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Violet Organization.
• The last date to submit offers is 23 Februray 2026 at 15:00 (Syria Time), offers received after this time will not be considered.
