Invitation to Bid

(ITB 2023 05 003)

Contracting for Violet organization with a provider Providing Cleaning materials to the Violet Org. offices for a full year.

 

Announcement start date: 11 August 2023

Announcement deadline: 27 August 2023

The offers submission will be as the following

• Offers must be valid for at least 60 calendar days. Submission of offers will be as follows,

• Interested bidders MUST provide their offers to Violet office in Syria through a sealed envelope to the following address: Idlib City, Northern District – Behind the Faculty of Agriculture, Adnan Omar School – Suleiman Awad Al Safo Building – Violet Organization office.

 

• The bidder has to make sure that he includes the tender number, ITB 2023 05 003, and the name of his company on the sealed envelope.

1. The first file contains (It should be sent separately from the technical offer).

• Technical Offer which is the ITB document, provided by Violet Organization after filling in mentioned information related to the capacity of the bidder and Examples of bidder’s previous works with I/NGOs. The bidders are also requested to provide evidence of their previous experience in supplying the required items or services in this ITB  /NGOs such as countersigned contracts.
• Confirmation from the bidder that he viewed this ITB 2023 05 003 Including the booklet of technical conditions and he accepts it (This ITB must be signed and stamped form the bidder).
• Company registration documents.
• Company’s PTT account information

1. b) The second file contains the financial offer (It should be sent separately from the technical offer) in the USD Currency with the whole information about items pricing based on the template provided by Violet.

The supplier must send the samples of the items related to the offer submitted by him/her to the office of the organization at the following address:

Idlib City, Northern District – Behind the Faculty of Agriculture, Adnan Omar School – Suleiman Awad Al Safo Building – Violet Organization office.

In case if  there is  no sample provided by the bidder’s  the offer will be rejected immediately.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult Violet procurement team regularly for potential modifications to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.

• Violet Organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Violet Organization.
• The last date to submit offers is 27 August 2023 at 15:00 (Syria Time), offers received after this time will not be considered.
